Default My Diet!! (bulking)

Me:

Length: 170cm (5,5 foot, i think)
Weight: 60kg (132 pounds)
Goal: Gaining Max. Mass.

My (brand new) Diet:

(1) Breakfast:
4 Eggs, 2 scoop of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal, fruit-juice, multi-vitamin

(2) Between breakfast and lunch:
3 slices of brown bread, with peanutbutter or chicken filet.

(3) Lunch:
Chicken Breast (or lean ground beef), 1 cup of Brown Rice.

(4) One hour befor Training1 can of tuna, 1 tomato, some iceberg lettuce (Small/Medium Tuna-Salad).

*** TRAINING ***

(5) PWO
2 Scoops of Whey Protein

(6) Diner
Chicken Breast (or lean ground beef), 3 – 5 Boiled potatoes, Vegetables.

(7) Snack
1-2 FruitYogurt (or 1-2 fruit)

(8) Before Bed
2 Scoops of Whey Protein.

So I asked about cheap ingredients to make a diet with (special thanks 2 hrdgain) and made this. It may not seem much to some of the bigger guys here, but it's a hell of a lot to eat for someone like me (check my length/weight -> ectomorph). This is what i used to eat in 2 days.. literally.. haha..

The main reason I posted my diet is feedback, so tips and advice are very welcome.

Thanks,

Blaze

Thx!

Any more Advice / Critique about this diet would be really nice, since I've begun and will be eating this everyday, so i can correct the flaws.

More feedback please?

Man, that is a lot of food for a guy your size. Good for you if you can eat all that every day. Don't forget to get plenty of water, especially right after taking that multivitamin.

The only real thing I'd say is that those potatoes aren't the best idea. Boiled potatoes, like most varieties of potato, are pretty high on the glycemic index and probably aren't great for you, particularly at that hour (I'm just guessing dinner is maybe 5:30-6:00?)

I'd think about replacing the potatoes with some pasta or the like - spaghetti would be excellent there.

hahaha... sharp one PS... I'll have banana's at meal 7. as a snack if i get the chance.

I can't possibly fully stick to my diet if put any more on it then there is now. I'll either skip or throw up.
So i hope i can just stick to this one and maybe upgrade the diet at some point in the future.

^ As far as protein goes, that's true, but I'd personally just have 'em separately... mixing cottage cheese in a blender is gross, and then mixing in chocolate? Blech...

As far as bananas goes - I personally love, as an in-between meal snack, mixing one or two bananas with like ten strawberries - throw in some yogurt, protein powder, peanutbutter, or all three and you've got yourself a niiiiiiiice snack.

I used to do that with cottage cheese in the blender and thought it was delicious. It made a creamy shake. I would throw in a bit of milk if I remember correctly. And did you know that there were more whey flavors than chocolate?

Eric3237's Sig:"Not everyone trains for strength": True. Not everyone one is smart either. Personally, I'm training to be an olympic sprinter so I can have big legs. I also like to move huge boulders because I like the way they look over there...

I actually tried cottage cheese once, threw it all up and never bought it again.

I sometimes throw random things in the blender on Sunday afternoon, when i have the time.

Usually looks something like this:

- some vanilla icecream
- some cream
- some milk
- 3 banana's
- few scoops Whey Protein
- Piece of Chocolate

I don't even consider it a protein shake, it's just too damn tasty!
