I'd say that sounds pretty dang good! What kind of cheese did you eat? I eat mozzarella, since it's got about 1/2 the sat. fat of the yellow cheeses (cheddar, etc) I have my oats as my first meal, w/ a scoop of PP, and fat-free milk. The carbs get me going to start the day!!

Good start man. Are you trying to lean bulk? Whats your height and weight?

I dont know how you get full from 3 eggs! I usually use about 9 whites and 3 full eggs when I have eggs.... its been a while.

I know what you mean! I am usually up late and I feel guilty cooking, but I gotta do it anways.

Why dont you blend the oats before bed, mix it in the morning?

I dont use a blender, instead I chug it down.

I am up at 6am pumping loud ass music and lifting in my room. My roomates know whats up, and they usually are up being loud at all hours of the night, so it balances out.

would 90 seconds of blending really wake your roomates up?
