Thumbs up MY new Diet PLZ tell me what u think!!

ok i call it the 900 c diet because the may amount of calories i eat are 900 (but u dont count the calories to fruits& vegtables) as for the other stuff here it goes

Calories:900 Max.

Protien: 40 Grams Min.

Fat's: 35 Grams Max

Carbrohydrates: 75 Max

Rules

No Fried food's
No food u don't know how many calories it has (off like my school lunch but good thing i have 2 days left of school)

Questions
Is Diet coke bad for u if so how?(it has 0 calories and no fat and only 40 Mg of soduim)
Is popcorn a vegtable since it is made from corn?
what is healthier raw eggs or boiled?

from what ive heard theres a chemical in diet coke i forgot the name of it though since i havent drank coke in a while but it says it near the nutritional facts. i would say that popcorn is good for u as long as there is no butter in it after all it is corn. raw eggs to boiled im not to sure i guess all preference but eating raw eggs isnt there a chance of sal menilia or however u spell it. diet looks ok but 900 calories looks like your not letting yourself have enough a day. sorry if youve posted this somewhere else but how much do u weight and how old are u i think that would help everyone else determine how many calories you should take in a day and how much u should take in while dieting

Unless you weigh about 75lbs 900 calories is nothing. You will starve. Yes fruit counts and popcorn is not a vegatable. What do you weigh?

ASPARTAME - artificial sweetener derived from de-natured protein bonds - BAD SHIT for lifting - body doesnt know how to 'assimilate' it during digestion -(is it a carb or is it a protein) F aspartame - drink the normal kind instead OR gingerale - its got no caffeine or phosphoric(SP?) acid in it, which destroys calcium, causing weak bone and connective tissue structure.

I wouldn't be worrying about the diet coke, like Dr. X said this is a starvation diet and this wouldn't be healthy for anyone. Give us your stats (weight etc) and we can help you out.

If you starve yourself you might have a 6 pack but you will also have no muscle tissue. You will also retain fat because your body will go into survival mode. At 126 lbs you should be eating at least 1500 calories a day minimum. You could eat that much and run a CKD diet at maintenance and you would look fuller with abs. But with that being said what you need to do is pack on some muscle for the next year starting now with at least 2000 calories a day. Train hard, I'm sure you could quickly pack on some mass and then cut next year. You will look so much better. For a good bulking diet check out Daves clean bulk sticky. Quit what you are trying to do, it's unhealthy. No one is impressed over a skinny kid with abs. Get big first then cut.

That wasn't your 6 pack bro! That was the vertebrae in your spine showing through! You gotta eat more food! I realize you aren't a large guy (yet), but the only time you should be eating 900 calories or less is when you are forced to (i.e. you live in a poor country and do not have the economicial means to buy more food) or....you're teen aged girlfriend's parents are gone for the week and you're too busy shaggin' her brains out to feed yourself. There is no other excuse!!!

Plus, with only 40 grams of protein daily, you are starving your muscles dude. Sure you're losing weight and your abs (spine) will show through, but you're losing muscle off your entire body, because it's having a smorgesborg on the proteins. (someone correct me if I have any of that wrong, but I don't think so)

You should probably increase everything you are eating.

As far as the diet coke...it's not "good for you", it's more of an empty calorie thing. The caffiene is a natural diuretic, so I wouldn't recommend drinking a lot of it while taking something like creatine. These guys are also right, aspertame is not good for you at all. When I'm trying to cut down, I get an empty fruitopia bottle, I fill it with water and then I put in a pack of Crystal Lite, then I throw in some Splenda or something. Another thing I've started doing is filling up 2 litres of water and throwing in about 3 sliced lemons and about 2 cups of splenda. It's deeeee-licious! I just bring it in my fruitopia bottle wherever I'm going. I....am ofcourse being a hypocrit, because I am currently sipping a can of...Diet Coke...Do as I say, not as I do brotha!
