Kinda need to figure out your numbers. At least make sure you're getting enough protein.

Well everything really if you want to be precise. Grams of protein, carbs, fat, etc. But I'd at least start with making sure your are getting 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per lbs lbm.

dang to tell u the truth dont accutally count my carbs and fats and such but i have a general consensus on how much i need. But i know that im getting enough protein.
