Default Organic vs nonorganic

I was interested in starting an organic bodybuilding diet. Are there any others doing this? Have you been successful?

Can you give us an example of an organic bodybuilding diet ?

TALO's Sig:"But when do you actually grow? Well, we don't grow in the gym. In the gym, we destroy. We tear down the body. We only grow when we are recovering. That's right, I said recovery. I see it all the time--people beating themselves up in the gym and not seeing results. They don't understand that hitting the weights hard is only a small part of growing or even cutting down. I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

A bodybuilding diet can be pretty expensive as is depending on how much you eat and what (especially meat).

Organic foods are ridiculously priced in my opinion and I just don't see the big benefits of organic compared to regular foods, especially if you are eating for size.

^^yeah that.

I live in the capital of organic foods. It's everywhere. And I don't buy a single thing that's labeled 'organic'. My grocery bills are high enough as it is, I'm not about to shell out up to three or four times more money just because it *supposedly* hasn't had any pesticides or hormones used on it.

Now, if I buy some chicken breasts that end up looking like they've come from Chernobyl, I just switch brands.

I agree. My grocery bill is high enough as it is. Switching over to an "organic" diet would more than double my bill. I don't think so!!!
