Gender: | A bodybuilding diet can be pretty expensive as is depending on how much you eat and what (especially meat). Organic foods are ridiculously priced in my opinion and I just don't see the big benefits of organic compared to regular foods, especially if you are eating for size. |

I live in the capital of organic foods. It's everywhere. And I don't buy a single thing that's labeled 'organic'. My grocery bills are high enough as it is, I'm not about to shell out up to three or four times more money just because it *supposedly* hasn't had any pesticides or hormones used on it. Now, if I buy some chicken breasts that end up looking like they've come from Chernobyl, I just switch brands. ![]() | |
