| Hello all. I'm new here and I'm wondering if pizza will help me in some way keep/gain weight and still continue to train and keep my strength levels at their highest. Does pizza do anything that depletes muscle activity? Thanks for any advice... I've been wondering this for a while and can't seem to find the info. |
