Default Point of diminishing returns (Protein)

It seems like the prevalent theory is more protein = more mass. Common relations seem to say at least 1g protein per # of body weight (bw) to 1.5g per # of bw. I've seen people suggesting 2g per bw for big growth.

What is the point of dimishing returns on this curve? If it's 1g. No, 1.5g. No, 2g. Why not 2.5g? Or 3g? Why not 10? I'd be huge! Where does the curve start to dip significantly?

So where is the point of diminishing returns? Simple economics...biologically speaking.

Ur math is messed up, it should be 2350grams. Brad, instead of forming a hypothesis about the point of diminishing return for protein intake, why not go do what works for u the best? Have u ever considered the fart/protein intake correlation?

I think the standard for elite weightlifters is twice their bodyweight. I really don't see myself even fitting in more than 500 grams in a day. I tried to find some research on this and came up empty. I think this is because everyone tries to ingest as much as their body allows. Some people can't hack alot of protein like Hardgain81. Others like myself can take in around 400 grams with a smile on my face. Personally, I think alot of outside factors come into play such as 'eating your blood type'.

To clear up the eating your blood type, I'll provide an explanation I found:

"Each blood type has different characteristics that allow it to eat, digest, and assimilate food best for that group. Since Os have been blessed with such strong stomach acid and respective enzymes, they are able to metabolize almost everything, even those foods not recommended for them. However, the Bs, As and ABs do not have this luxury, and accordingly, must be more careful in their eating habits, or suffer the consequences.

The Os are like sharks. They can eat tin cans and rubber tires, and wash it down with hard liquor while smoking a cigarette. Of course, this is not true, but a dramatic exaggeration."

:( O's are the rarest idk what I am but its not O. Also how long is a serving called say you take a 35g shake in an hour would it be processed so you can take another? 500 grams a day would be like atleast 10 protien shakes im leaving 150 for the food.
