I have been eyeballing my amounts for a while also. I need to get my digital scale fixed...just to see how accurate I've been. I'm not too awful worried about it since my diet has improved significantly...supplementing is less of a crutch.

Good to hear Ross. I prefer to get most of my requirements from actual food rather than supplements which is not only good for you (but your wallet as well)
