| I like to buy my protein in bulk. I also get annoyed with making a shake everytime I finish working out. I have lately been pre mixing my shakes and then just storing it in a jug in the fridge. I am sure this is ok but I have noticed some settling at the bottom. I don't want to lose any quality. Also, what are you thoughts about putting your glutamine or creatine in with your protein. I have tried different routes? |

| I used to do the same with my protien, but the longer it sits in the fridge the more nasty i thought it tasted. It used to get a hard film over the top after about 12 hours or so. but then again that is back in the day, when designer whey first came out. as an aside, why do you guys even bother with glutamine ... its pretty much uselsess. |
