Gender: | I cut it into small 1 in x 1 in cuts or slightly bigger and I nibble little by little throughout the 8-9hr day so my metabolism is consistently going, or 'keeps the oven going'. Normally I take 1-2lbs of chicken cut up just like that. Gotta dress it up different everyday or chicken can get old real quick. |

Gender: | You're not living til your choking down a can of tuna ![]() I buy mine in olive oil instead of water and they go down really easily, just like eating chicken or beef to be honest. |
