Default Protien Sources!

I was wondering if anyone has any info on MEAT vs VEGETABLE protein for building? I know MEAT makes me more aggressive. What happens to T levels if you eat V proteins over M? What happens to EST levels? Ive done the V protein route for a short time - it worked ok. Anyone try it for a longer period than a few weeks? I know some people have good results either way. I couldnt not have a steak a few times a week, but I wonder if taking breaks from the 'condensed' protein sources now and then is worth it.
