I can't wait for them to repeat the study with a reasonable amount of caffeine. 8mg per kg of bodyweight is a LOT. Most of the data they present is at a pretty high significance level. I didn't realize the study was done several months ago until I checked the dates. Does anybody else have an opinion about this? |

| Interesting. I had heard that caffeine makes blood vessels vasoconstrict. Oh, these medical studies with their varying results. It is worth looking into, I think. I add in some gingseng tea to my PWO stack-since it is high in glucose-which is a carrier substance for creatine-another component of my PWO stack. I have a water bottle that I carry around EVERYWHERE!!! I throw in 2 black tea tea bags. Good source of antioxidants. |

| That is pretty interesting, but it doesnt mean much for me. Since I lift at night, if I was to do that I'd be up till the next morning. I'd like to know why this would happen, perhaps because caffiene increases heart rate? |
