Default PWO Nutrition after weights and cardio

Usually, my workouts consist of weight lifting in the morning after breakfast. Taking a minute break after I'm done lifting, I prepared for my cardio session. Do I take the PWO shake after lifting or after cardio?

I take a protein shot (42g)or BCAA's if I'm doing cardio right after a workout. Then again after cardio.

I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

How many carbs/protein is in your shake ? Would it be better to have two sep shakes or cut one in half ?

Jackson, I may be wrong, but I like to take my shake right after I hit the weights. It gives me some energy throughout the cardio, I figure. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, though, anyone.

Well.....if your goal is fatloss, then you don't want to load up on carbs right before. It will replenish glycogen stores & all that. You'll end up burning the carbs off instead of fat. It's a timing thing though. If you take it right before you start doing cardio, then it won't be digested for x amount of time, so....

THAT'S YOUR BEST DAY." - A very wise man
