| Usually, my workouts consist of weight lifting in the morning after breakfast. Taking a minute break after I'm done lifting, I prepared for my cardio session. Do I take the PWO shake after lifting or after cardio? |

| Rank: Lightweight Experience: > 1 Year | Well.....if your goal is fatloss, then you don't want to load up on carbs right before. It will replenish glycogen stores & all that. You'll end up burning the carbs off instead of fat. It's a timing thing though. If you take it right before you start doing cardio, then it won't be digested for x amount of time, so.... |
