Question Question on Milk

Is there any way that I could extract the protein out of milk by boiling it or something like that? I don't want to buy whey or anything like that. Thanx

Well you could make your on cottage cheese if you wanted to by like 40 gallons of milk at a time or something and some really big pots and huge metal trays and cultures and stuff like that....

In other words no

Just go buy yourself a tub of casein protein powder, thats the type of protein found in your milk. Just be aware that it is digested slower than whey protein so its not your best choice for a PWO shake.

Eat cottage cheese. Why don't you want to drink milk. Are you worried about sugars?

I'm cool with drinking milk, I was just wondering if I could so maybe I could make my own protein powder. But yeah I will just be drinking a lot of milk.

roughly 160grams of protien per gallon. say $2.50 per gallon.

1pound = 453grams

453 divided by 160 =2.83

2.83x2.5=$7

its about $7 or less per pound of protien so you should just buy protien
