Gender: | I would have to say no, theres probably some way because they do, do it. But with alot of machines that you dont have. Its alot easier to go out and buy a container of it |

Gender: | Just go buy yourself a tub of casein protein powder, thats the type of protein found in your milk. Just be aware that it is digested slower than whey protein so its not your best choice for a PWO shake. |

| roughly 160grams of protien per gallon. say $2.50 per gallon. 1pound = 453grams 453 divided by 160 =2.83 2.83x2.5=$7 its about $7 or less per pound of protien so you should just buy protien |
