| Alright so i been doing this whole healthy thing for over 2 months now and its still fun and im still motivated which is a good thing i think. Anyways i would like to drop a large amount of wieght with out the sacrafice of my muscles. Because my end goal is to be a built guy. So anyways i was wondeirng if there is maybe some sort of high protein diet that will help my muscles stay big but yet help me drop a few pounds a week. |

Gender: | What are your stats? For a quick answer, CKD diet is good for quick weight loss in a short time, mostly water weight though. I've done it and have got good results from it. I know some others have done different types of diets and they can give you their perspective on them. |
