I'm gonna be honest with you. I see very little value in this especially after reading this

If you have already purchased it, then go ahead an use it. but for the price of two boxes of that stuff I could recommend a lot of other things that would help so much more IMO.

I agree. If you look at the ingredients under calories you have over 6 grams of stuff right there. No telling what that stuff does, if anything. Then look at other ingredients. A bunch of amino acids and buffers (baking soda, etc.). No amounts given. How much of those amino acids could really be in there. Those tablets better be huge for there to be enough of any of them to MAYBE cause secretion of growth hormone and whether they would or not is extremely questionable even in large amounts.

I see this as being not much more than 70 dollar Alka Seltzer.
