I'm no expert but i'd suggest less carbs, triple your protein and add in some EFA's. And if you're going to take the weight gainer try replacing one scoop of WG with a scoop of whey and take it right before and right after your workout. Not right before bed.

amazingly, i really didn't gain a lot of fat. from what you can see in the mirror. but i have incorperated the advice from everyone. no more wg and uped the protien. and i'm pounding out higher weights, thought maybe i was hittin a bit light. if there is anything that i might not be thinking of, let me know. thanx for all the help. i will post the new routine soon to get advice on it, still working out the bugs.
