| 1 pound of LBM per week is a great gain. Results dont happen overnight. However...My guess is that at 5000 cal /day, all those carbs, and "the Little Debbie Diet" your gains probably arent very lean at all. I'm no expert but i'd suggest less carbs, triple your protein and add in some EFA's. And if you're going to take the weight gainer try replacing one scoop of WG with a scoop of whey and take it right before and right after your workout. Not right before bed. |

Gender: | amazingly, i really didn't gain a lot of fat. from what you can see in the mirror. but i have incorperated the advice from everyone. no more wg and uped the protien. and i'm pounding out higher weights, thought maybe i was hittin a bit light. if there is anything that i might not be thinking of, let me know. thanx for all the help. i will post the new routine soon to get advice on it, still working out the bugs. |
