Default sounds like crap

Today while I was working, some dude came in and I asked him if he needed any help. After a while, he just wanted to know what anabolic things are good, truthfully, not knowing really which one is good, because I dont want to try those things for now, told him I have no clue...

He told me the thing he does to bulk up is he eats 4 or so big macks a day to help him gain muscle, he said it usally works and said that allot of pro's do it...I dont think this is true at all, if so, I think I might try a month think of it after I am done cutting. But I doubt it...

Sounds like crap to me..

Four big macs a day is a great way to put on fat.

If your running the kind of gear that pro's use, and doing 2-3 lifting sessions per day. I would bet having 4 big macs a day isnt that big of a deal. but dont forget, most of the people who do shit like this, dont care about getting fat, they will just run clen/dnp/ephedra ect, and in two months drop down into single digit bodyfat.

If thats the kind of back and forth you want for your body, go right ahead. Its just too unhealthy for me.

Hit the gym today, but was in there for too long.

But yea, I dont think I would ever do bulking like this though...

Bulking like that will hurt your body a hell of a lot more than any benefit you would get out of it. Although a fast food burger every once in awhile (not 4 a day) as a cheat meal is not too bad and might even help keep you sane.
