Default soy milk...

anybody here drinking it? i tried some yesterday, and it set fine on the stomach...so i may switch to it....just for the protein, and the calcium...since i'm not drinking regular milk.

stuff is kinda expensive...but..i figure i would only drink it 3 times a day..

does have a lot of sugar in it though...

thoughts?

yeah and cows milk is for cows. the thought of drinking milk is disgusting. I exclusively use soy milk for everything i need....shakes cereal, cooking etc. i find the little bit extra it costs is worth not havin to choke down cows milk.
theres alot of choices out there for soy milk so you can usually find one with a verey low sugar count

I'm not a fan of soy to begin with. And protein from soy? Nope. Not for me.

BUT, if you can find one with low sugar, it's fine to use.
