| hey i was talking to a friend that has an amazing six pack and hardly ever works out maybe 1once a week if he feel's like it lol but i asked him how he does it he says that he eats a lot of strawberries and i asked him why he said he herd from a old friend that strawberries help build the abdomneml (how ever u spell it ) muscles so does anyone know if this rumor is true or is it just his luck lol if it is then does anyone know of any foods that help build a six pack???? |

| if you are trying to lose bodyfat fruits are one of the worst things for you. Fruit carbs fill the liver glycogen levels right off the bat, then from there all other glycogen forms are shuttled directly to fat ... not good at all |
