| those diets may help lose weight, but losing FAT is what is important... i saw that month or so ago saying that weight watchers was the best. if you eat their food constantly then, yeah you'll lose weight... but the best diet is one where you can eat regular food (monitoring your own food intake) and eating the correct things, yet maintaining good health |

Gender: | my mom eats those weight watchers things when she doesnt have time to take a break at work. they are pretty expensive i think considering the amount of food that u get, and some of them arent even that healthy for u. |
