Im also gonna try to add some greens but i f/in hate broccoli so it will probably be like celery and some salad |

| Can you get too many calories in a period of time? According to my fitday calculations i consumed about 1000 calories this morning in about a 2 hour period. 430AM - Protein shake before gym (1.5 scoops whey, 2 cups milk, 1 tbsp olive oil) 610 - Post workout shake (1/2 cup oats, 1 cup milk, 1 scoop whey) 630 - 2 whole eggs a lil above 1000 cals |

| it seems like a lot, but if you take into consideration the amount of work you did over that time, its not so bad. I gotta ask why are you using oats in your pwo shake? you really need to use sugars malto/dextro/waxy maize. That will increase the uptake to the muscle, and take advantage of the window you open while hitting the iron. |
