Maybe:
- switch from skim milk to 2% milk ( gives you aprox 150 cals per cup)
- some more egg whites, wouldn't hurt ( aprox 16 cals each)
- Add some hamburger - XL, L or regular
- Add some more chicken ( 1 chicken breast might only be 200 cals)
- Add some rice/potatoe or pasta (these are the cheapest cals you can get ie: 1 pak of Mr.Noodle = aprox 400 cals for only .50c)
- You could always put 2 scooops of whey into your shake

If you do this it could give you as many calories as you want , depending on how much food you take in.

I could train the same all year round and get big or get ripped just by eating different and taking different supplements"

I thought vegies where " free cals " meaning it sure does take alot of veg to get even 100 cals.
Not saying they shouldn't be in your diet, but I wouldn't count on them to raise your calories

I think most vegies are only 20- 50 cal. per cup, but i guess even that adds up when you get some in all your whole food meals.

a good way to get in extra protien without using too many shakes, is take in some BCAA's with each meal. I would throw in 12g of BCAA into some CR lemonade and throw that down with each whole food meal.

do that 4 times a day, and you add a quality 192 cals of protien to your diet.
