This book or any part thereof, may not be reproduced or recorded in any form without permission in writing from the publisher, except for brief quotations embodied in critical articles or reviews. For information contact: Lyle McDonald 7584 Chevy Chase Dr. #210 Austin, Tx 78752 email: lylemcd@grandecom.net I hate to say it, but this guy's ebook costs $20, which is a very good price for what you get. This book is part of his income, which IMO shouldn't be pirated. Am I wrong? |

| Moderator Rank: Light Heavyweight Experience: 7-10 Years | Well, I don't put it past BN, but I know a lot of members here also frequent his board at bodyrecomposition.com. He's a very nice guy IMO that helps everyone who reads his book. I'd just hate to see the guy's shit get pirated when it's only a mere $20 for a megaton of great cutting info that I'm sure has taken him years to compile. Shit like this is why Dante, the maker of DC training took down his stickies and doesn't answer any questions really about DC training except for his paying trainees. |

To me, it means that he was uncomprimising and wasn't willing to fill up his book with bullshit in order to satisfy publisher guidelines. So to anyone out there who thinks the 300 page bodybuilding diet book in print is worth more than Lyle's (or anyone else's) e-book: Think again. It's not necassarily true! | |
