Default Weird eating times

I wake up at 7am and go to school at 8am. from 8-12 i have school, then i have work from 2-10pm then im up until 1am doing hmwk. would i need to eat more than six times a day because of how long i am up? or do i just need to spread my 6 times out

I think so. The reason for eating throughout the day is to keep insulin levels low and to keep your body supplied with nutrients. If you're awake for that time, then it would be best to eat more meals. I would eat while I'm asleep if I could figure out a way to do it. Sucks that you don't get to sleep more though...that's when your body recovers.

^^ I agree, but will add a bit. I wouldnt "eat more", I would eat more meals, but keep your daily macros the same.

most of the pro's and serious guys. eat every 2 or 3 hours so long as they're awake. give that a go.

I think that it depends to you whether you are hungry or not. Just refer to your body clock so that you will not have problems with it. Also eat only nutritious food so that you will not gain more weight.
