Default what should i eat

i am 6'2 155 and have been working out for 2-3 months somebody give me a good meal plan that i can gain muscle and weight off of

I agree with sdf, you should eat everything you can get your hands on. Space out your meals every 2 to 3 hours, and pound away at that food.

Dont forget to get your veggies in too, eat everything doesnt mean just junk. it means everything, beef, chicken, all protien sources, all carb sources. are you eating while your reading this? you should be.

Eat chicken, Beef, Fish all day long. You said meal plan. Plan on eating a lot.
