I thought about that at first. I've been training on my own since the beginning, picking up knowledge here and there just like everyone else. A few weeks ago I decided that I've been basically on a plateau for almost a year now. Think about it, most bodybuilders goal is to build more muscle and drop the bodyfat. If you don't gain more than 20 pounds a year of muscle then I think it's a waste of a year. Well, my bodyfat is still hovering around 17-18-19% and my muscle mass has remained. Yeah, strength has shot up every workout, but that's not what I want. SOOOO, why not enlist some help with some guys who know their shit up and down? I love the DC training I'm doing, but I'll be the first to admit that I don't really know a whole lot about actual dieting, or forming a precise plan according to my strengths/weaknesses; Hardly anyone does and that IS a fact. So, I'm 25 and why not take in all the knowledge I can to get the biggest I can naturally...

You didn't read it after all, perhaps adhd??

If you read my Max-OT journal in the first place, it says that my joints can only handle about 3 weeks of it before they self-destruct. Oh, well can't win them all. As for the HST journal-I lost 10 pounds and 40 lbs off my bench...Reason enough to drop it. Now I'm doing DC. I've been doing it for a few weeks and love it. The point is that I wanted to find something that's hard, interesting, and not as hard on the joints. The Max-OT also needed a partiner to accomplish most of the lifts. Make sure to not just breeze through my journal and make observations without actually reading into what I put. Max-OT is good for 2-3 weeks. It's mainly for strength. Of course mass comes quick within the first few weeks of the program, which is what I got.
