Gender: | ive looked alover the internet and i cant find one. i was thiking about calculating all my calories/fat/protein/carbs and things that dont have the facts on the box (like chicken) are hard to find the facts for. ill keep looking but if you guys know some that would be cool. |

Gender: | Look in the nutrition sticky's. I listed a couple things under "nutrition data" or something like that. They'll give you everything you need as far as data. OH, P.S. it's Nutritional Index posted by DR X. |

Gender: | Dave why not go ahead and post that in the sticky. I had went ahead and posted NutritionData.com but not the others. May as well have all this in one place, IMO. There are a lot of vitamin related sites that could be listed but I've found a lot of them to be hyped up since they are connected to sales of some sort. |
