Default Why was i so exausted

ok all week ive had plenty of energy or atleast were the weight training is conserned i was pumped and ready to go Mon Tues wed off and than yesterday thrusday was cheast and sholders day so i start with the bench press for cheast and after 2 sets im just exauseted and no i didnt go super heavey at all i did my normal amount so than i tried to finish what i could for a cheast workout like cheast press and flyeres and i was done than i got to sholders with 0 energy i usualy use the "8" plate for sholder press i forgot how much that is... but now i could only use the 3 and 4 for the heavey set and i skipped cardio all together cause i had no energy whatsoever... so has this every happend to any of u ? whats the cause bad nutrition...because it worked for me throughout the week up until thursday

IMO lifting shoulders and chest in the same day is counter productive. If you go heavey on chest your shoulder movements will suffer and vice versa.

But in this instance I would say your diet may be the culprit, or perhaps your coming down with something and you dont realize it yet.

when i have days like that.. maybe once a month (ive tagged it as the 'bodybuilders period' lol cause i just feel like a bitch)...

i just try to snap myself out of it and convince myself it's in my head. 99 percent of the time it is. at least with me.

if i go to the gym and have a shitty workout i get pissed, i try my best to not let that happen.
