I find myself eating some crackers or lean pockets during work as small meals. Any suggestions on improving this??? Taking my situation I eat breakfast around 6 and down my PWO meal soon as i get home around 4. Just curious as to whats appropiate inbetween that time. |

Gender: | Right now I'm lucky because I have a bbq at work, so I cook up everything there. As for snacks if I do crave I might have some peanuts or sunflower seeds. But I try to stay away from all that. When I didn't have anyting to cook with I would always cook ALL my meals at home a few days in advance, put them in zip lock bags or containers. That way I never had to worry about anything |

Only reason im concerned is everything around here is carb loaded and I don't really need that except for breakfast and before and after my workout | |

Gender: | I always cook a few chicken breasts sunday night, and put it in tupperware. Also I'll buy a shitload of lunch meat and put it on whole wheat bread for a snack. |
