| I eat allot of yogurt, yogurt on ceareal yogurt with fruit yogurt as a syrup subsitute on my new found love for protien pancakes WOW THOSE ARE REALY GREAT WAY TO switch up a shake if you have the time to cook. I like old home Light it has 80 cals 15carbs 9sugar 3fiber 7 protien and 0 fat,sweetened with splenda not aspateme, and its pretys cheat $0.35 a container. I was wonding what brand others who include yogurt in their diet prefer. |
