Default 16 years old weight 55 kg height 5'8/173 cm wants to gain more weight.

Hello everyone im new member of this forum, i come to this forum because i want to gain more weight i also want to know how much calories should i eat, a day and what is perfect weight for my current height 5'8/173 cm, here is some pic of me and my friends regards.

You should probably be eating around 17 calories per lb of weight daily for weight gain. You'll need to find a decent program and focus on getting stronger in the basic lifts (squats, deadlift, etc). Then you'll put on weight.

I would start you at 2500 cals and see what happens. You're young and growing so you may need more cals than that.

Try to keep your protein intake as high as you can and keep your food sources clean. Aka, try to stay away from fast food, pop, chips, candy, etc etc.

As was mentioned, start learning proper form for the squat, deadlift, bench press, and military press. Once you have the form nailed down slowly start increasing the weight. These exercises will put muscle on your body as you lift more weight.
