hey guys
I m male 18 years old 78.9 kilogrammes (=173.58 Lbs) and 1.86 metre tall
I start workingout lately almost 5 mounths and i wanted to use Amino 2222 but my major problem is that starting from friday i ll be fast for 30 days from dawn to dusk (that mean i cannot eat or drink anything from 3am to 8pm) after 8pm i can eat whatever i want and i can go workout too so plzzz give me advice about how to keep on training during this periode and how can i use Amino 2222 in that time and after this
if u dont undestand my situation ask me and i ll try to explain more but plzzz help me with anything u know

BCAA's are a staple in my diet all the time, but one of the biggest factors is that they are ideal for training while fasted. However, if you cant drink during the day - that doesnt really matter. But I would suggest having a solid line up of supplements and diet to help you over the next 30 days. Just make sure you get your daily macros in during that window and keep training hard!

I agree with irondog. As long as you get your daily macros, timing isn't such an issue. That fast will hinder some progress but you can do it. Since you can't eat after 3am, you need to consume some very slow digesting protein to try and avoid catabolism. Casein protein, or cottage cheese, with some healthy fats in the meal will slow the digestion down even more. The BCAAs would only help if you drink them while you are fasting, which isn't possible.

I think before i give some advice, what is your goal by taking amino 2222?
