It's all about moderation. Too much of anything will kill you. You should start drinking. A beer a day will keep the doctor away. It actually really is healthy...and it won't inhibit muscle growth. Ok, I'm done picking on you. Lets be friends.

A beer and a glass of wine probably have the same health benefits. So far it's inconclusive as to which is better. I do wonder which is ultimately the "better" choice.

When it comes to heart/pulmonary health, red wine is best.

Also, red wines contain resveratrol, which *can* lengthen life span and help to increase testosterone levels and decrease estrogen levels.

For heart health, 1-2 glasses a day, with a glass being roughly the equivalent of 5-6 oz.

For optimal resveratrol benefits (test boost), strictly from wine, it would be about the same.

But there are some great resveratrol supps out there too. I take one.

When it comes to a test boost from resveratrol though, it's not like it's similar to AAS. It's only a mild decrease in est and mild increase in test. But still, something is better than nothing ;) Definitely better than that stupid Tribulus that's been on the market for a while.

Maybe I'll try and find a supp , because I don't think I want to start drink 1-2 glasses of wine everyday. But it's good to know that I can have one every once in awhile.

I know some guys that drink it before a show - helps with vascularity.

I bet your car would run on everclear fine. It may produce knocking or something though You'd be surprised what a car can run on with no modifications. LOL, sorry I'm a little behind in the discussion

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.
