Default Anyone use PSMF? It's pretty awesome

Ok, so the PSMF was basically the most effective thing for me personally. Anyone use it? It's basically just eating enough protein to keep your muscle, while simultaneously losing fat.

I personally lost 28 pounds in 30 days.

I've used similar styles of diets before, especially the cyclical ketogenic diet (which is similar except the calories aren't quite as low as with the PSMF). The biggest problem with it is you really can't do it long-term. I prefer intermittent fasting as a long-term or lifestyle solution.
