What are the best foods for gaining weight very easily? I'm a very pathetic skinny hard gainer and I have trouble eating enough calories for my metabolism.

yeahhh good to be back again ;)
so: iŽd recommend you todo the following:
put oatmeal, low/non-fat milk, a big banana, some natural peanut butter and one scoop of whey protein in a blender and mix it all up. then just drink it. it tastes pretty good and gets you good cals and protein

Try protein sludge its great for gaining,

all you do is add 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and mix with water until you get a sludgey mix, you can add 100g of frozen blueberrys if you want.

put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and enjoy!

If your looking for meals try chicken, eggs, fish such as sammon, cod or tuna even pasta is good for bulking up.

I like a nice tuna salad..
Mix 1 can of tuna in water with light mayo, and chopped bell-peppers.. Add some hot-sauce for spice.

My advice to you is to ignore people that say you must eat more fat, burgers, fries, etc etc

Avoid junk food, you can increase weight with good clean food.

Just increase calories, eat more often, force your self to eat more.

Let's say you can only eat 50gr of rice, try to eat 100gr or 150gr.
if you eat 1 steak, start to eat 2 steaks.
Train hard, after workout eat some carbs so you recover quickly and protein for the muscle.

If you can't increase your apettite, eating yeast (i think this is how we spell), that will make your brain think you are still hungry and it will tell you, that you have to eat more.
