I love brisket . . . Unfortunately its like the fattiest cut of beef there is. It the same piece of meat as a corned beef. I like to cook it in a crockpot with bbq sauce, liquid smoke and water for about 4 hours. Then i douse it with more bbq sauce for 5-10 mins on the grill.
