Bulking diet (approx 4000 calories)
Meal 1:
3 eggs; 1/4 to 1/2 pound turkey patty; 2 pieces toast w/ olive oil; 2 glasses skim milk Meal 2: Half sandwich, meat; 1 hard boiled egg; 1 glass skim milk Meal 3: 1 meat sandwich w/ cheese; 1 egg; 2 glasses skim milk; fruit Meal 4: 1 hard boiled egg; 1/2 cup oats or fruit; 2 glasses skim milk Post Workout: 1/2 cup oats; 1 to 2 cups milk; 1 to 2 scoops Myofusion; 2 tbsp peanut butter Meal 5: 1/2 to 3/4 pound ground turkey; baked potato w/ butter and cheese, salad w/ olive oil and dressing; 2 glasses skim milk Stats: ~3800 calories ~305g protein ~345g carbs ~130g fat I'm exhausted, so there might be a slight error in the stats of my new diet, but I can edit it tomorrow if I must. Also, this is based of of one of Arnold's diets, but I lowered it about 1200 calories :) |
