Can i get some opinions?
i am putting up my diet so if you can give your opinion i would appreciate it.
7am-ON's pro complex gainer shake with whole milk..
1030-Anabolic Switch 280cal,8pro,62carb
ON whey shake 240cal,2fat,48pro,6carb
1230-Same thing as 1030
2pm-Turkey sandwich again
430-whatever...but i make sure i get at least 40pro, >60carb
7pm-ON's pro complex gainer shake with whole milk
9pm-whatever again, but only the pro

4 protein shakes.....id probably swap at least one of those for real food. Shakes will never be as good as a well balanced, lean meal! At least your getting alot of protein though. I tried to do some quick adding but got a headache haha. Looks like over 300 gms protein (i got that far) and obly around a hundred from real food. Should probably be the other way around
