Default Cheating ?

hey guys,
i´m currently trying to put on muscle mass, but don´t want to gain fat. therefore im eating 4000-4200calories daily (500g carbs, 300g protein, 100g fat; i´m working out 4 times a week and 2 times a week cardio), i´m eating only quality food and very clean. but i´d really like to eat again some junkfood(the last time i did was on christmas), some cake and pizza. so now i´m wondering wheater one cheating-day, on which i eat everything that i want to would make me gain fat. what do you guys think. and how often would you recommend to do it, once a week, once in 10 days...?

i usually do it once a week...it's good for the body...especially if you don't change what you eat very much.

do you eat everything you want then, all day long ?
don´t you have to fear to get fat, cuz i´m already eating ~4100calories daily, but only quality food. and sometimes i´d really like to eat just all day long what comes to my mind without thinking about, wheater it´s healthy or not

I cheat once per week. Usually Saturday night supper. I cook for my wife and I. Usually a steak with sauce, roasted potatoes and roasted veggies. Some dessert, like lemon meringue pie.

I think it is healthy if you aren't building up for a competition, to have a cheat day.

yeah, actually at this moment I am eating a gigantic bowl of spaghetti O's...I don't think I could handle eating clean all the time.
