Question creatine help

hi guys im sort of new to the body building scene and i am currently in the bulking phase for an up comming event however i was wanting to know how much creatine should i be taking a day eg 5 grams, 10 grams? and wat exactly is it going to benifit me for? thanx

5 grams pre and another 5 grams postworkout for a total of 10 grams. It helps make your muscles fuller by pulling more water inside. It also increases muscle endurance and strength.

I take creatine year around, I have been only taking 1/2 a scoop pre workout and half a scoop after workout. It seemed to work as good for me as double that dosage.
