Default Deermeat/wild turkey

It is likely I will get some venison, this year, is a lean piece of it better than a decent cut of meat, like beef fajitas (skirt steak). I know turkey is better than chicken.

BTW, how do you look up beef steak at Fitday? I looked, but all I found under "beef" was game meat, and Chef Boyardee...

True, but considering the same parts of each animal, turkey is better/more protein

seems like chicken has more protein

the general consensus is that turkey is leaner than everything else.

but...there is fatty turkey out there. 85/15 ground turkey isn't as lean as 96/4 ground beef.
