Chuck Norris's Sig:"Chuck Norris's girlfriend once asked him how much wood a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood. He then shouted, "HOW DARE YOU RHYME IN THE PRESENCE OF CHUCK NORRIS!" and ripped out her throat. Holding his girlfriend's bloody throat in his hand he bellowed, "Don't fuck with Chuck!" Two years and five months later he realized the irony of this statement and laughed so hard that anyone within a hundred mile radius of the blast went deaf"

chuck are you trying to lean bulk? If so you can add in some fiber through veggies and salad and your good to go.

if your not worried about being lean, you can up your intake at each meal, seems conservative to me for a true bulker.

hrdgain81's Sig:I don't do this for my family, my friends, women, accolades, pride, or ego. I do it for me and no one else, its just part of who I am.

I'll add a salad in with my 5:30 meal and maybe some raisins or something for fiber.

Might want to add more protein to meals 2 (more egg whites) and 4. Also, consider replacing the peach with an apple for that last meal. More fiber content in an apple, plus a lower GI.

Further, give it a few weeks. Assess your progress and make needed modifications as you go and continually refine it until you find the right balance. It's all trial and error. Just make sure that you give it ample time to evaluate.
