New to this site.
I Have a problem with what foods to be eating i can never find decent diet plans that will work and wont cripple me for money and time. I can spend abit of money on diets etc and joined the gym so just need some help with the eating side of things stuff that will show results. Im currently 21, 5''8 and 204lbs.
Problem i have is a have muscle there arms chest etc but have unwated fat covering it :gay:
