Different kind of bulk?

I'm in college and have a meal plan at the university, so it is hard to get a lot of decent food, especially 5-6 times per day. My question is this- if I were to bulk more slowly, say 500 cal over maintenence/exercise per day, I would get the same results just more slowly, correct? And I am guessing that maybe the fat loss would be less in this method as well?

Yes, I think so. As long as your taking in more calories than your discarging you will put on size. Like you said it will take longer, and I think the fat gain would be less.

Invest in some gladwear bro, throw a few of them in your bag, go to the caf and fill er up.

Don't worry, I've got the method down :) Unfortunately, pretty much every good source of protein and fats is diluted by loads of butter, or sugar, or any other good tasting unhealthy thing they can find to slather on so all of the lazy kids can enjoy it :lame:

yeah, i've even heard rumors that some colleges use laxatives in the food ... dont know why, but it usually went pretty quickly through me, so i kind of believed it.

IMO even though they are packed with salt, sandwich meat is usually a good source of protein. make them double up on it for your sandwichs and go with that.
