| Usually there is no issue if you drink coffee. It only effects on your appetite.As it reduces your appetite.Hence It is product of sugar. So you should drink it at a level. |

| i would say that a single cup or two a day dosent causes any harm but its advantageous as due to its antioxidants if you are too cautious about your health then i would recommend you to have sugar free coffee |

| Coffee is great. The only downside is reduced tolerance and caffeine withdrawal which can cause headaches if you drink it loads and then suddenly stop. |
