Gender: | oh yeah, I have heard something about the sugar in coffee if you drink it first thing can lesson your appetite for breakfast or something like that...I don't know, alright as long as its not having a massive impact though, I am a big lover of coffee |

Gender: | if you drink it black then it can actually boost ur metabolism the caffeine helps to boost it and so does the temperature ( ur body burns more calories when tryin to regulate the hot temperature) |
