Also...this "I train once in a while" horse crap has to go out the window friend. Eat more, be consistent with your exercise. Starving yourself isn't the way to get your body to look it's best (unless you want to look like one of the Olsen twins). If you really want to make yourself look better, than show that you are going to earn it, instead of torturing yourself by not feeding your body. Just make up your mind that you're going to work out 3 or 4 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times. That way, you can eat more, still lose weight, and you'll find that you feel one hundred times better than simply starving yourself.
