so...are you guys ever out with friends and they're eating junk food and you're just like shit i want that and you eat it but then feel guilty? well i did that tonight. i worked 12-6 and drove straight to the gym and had an intense non stop lift session followed by 15 minute of hard cardio. i go home and shower and go to a friends to play games. they're eating gardettos, pizza, pretzels, soda and so forth. i had some pretzels and water and licorice..i mean it's not bad but god it's hard sometimes! my friend has sick abs and takes his shirt off whenever and eats whatever and it pisses me off. i wanna be jacked god damnit ahhhhhhh! patience sucks! :(

Don't be so hard on your self. Shit unless your competing or something than you should be able to enjoy the "junk" in life. Just don't make it a daily thing.

What Talo said. A little variety in life is great. If 90% of the time your diet is really good a few cheat meals a week or a junk food binge isn't going to hurt anything. In fact a few extra calories may be what you need to put on a little size. After all you are working out.

The ones that should be worried are your friends that don't lift.

If you think that your diet has to be 110% perfect all the time, you will drive yourself crazy and miss out on some of the good stuff in life.

its also to keep your sane man.. i've been eating pretty good and clean lately but when my friends get pizza and what not, it makes me wanna break down and cry, litterly. so instead of hesitating on throwing down on a pizza i just put down on one and enjoy i'll do this maybe once a month and have some junk food here and there twice a month, ex. like a bottle of pop for dinner or so... ummm haha sorry guys its like food porn up in there

I'm with you! Yeah it's hard to stay straight on the diet all the time. Best to just forget when you cheat and get back at it. Just don't let it become a habit. I know that even when I cheat and eat out I always drink water, but I love pop. I Love it but I probably only have 1 ever couple of months. But damn it's good....lmao SO worth it by the time I get around to it.

taco bells steak grilled stuff burrito i can eat two of those and a mexican pizza steak with a big cup off pop... damn i'm hungry again! and the beer thing damn i'm going to mexico next week,... ouch thats gonna hurt my gut haha gotta have some fun before school starts ya know.
